The
former PAUL TEOH TENG SENG, the founder of HONG
SENG, commenced business as an importer and dealer in
new and used engines in the year 1965 with an initial
capital of RM 2,000.00. He imported engines with the help
of his friends and the business started to grow and
flourish, but unfortunately he passed away in the year
1972 leaving the business to his wife MADAM ONG AH HUA,
who is presently the chairlady of HONG today, HONG SENG
GROUP comprises of the following.

 The
business of the Group covers mainly Japanese commercial
vehicles, machineries and spare parts, Cummins marine
engine, marine gear, spare parts, generators, agricultural
machineries, truck assembly and etc. The Group is
currently involved in importing from all over the world;
reprocessing, reengineering, reassembling and finally
marketing them to the local market as well as exporting
them to neighbouring countries.
Hong Seng Power, one of the Group’s company is the sole
marketing arm for all the PT Power products and is
responsible for providing after sales service. All
generators sold comes with a warranty and spare parts are
available at all times. Currently our generators are
marketed locally as well as to neighbouring countries. At
the moment, our yearly production is limited and the
supply will increase substantially when our new factory
has been completed.
 Today,
the company is recognized as one of the leading trading
and manufacturing companies in the Malaysian market and
has won high reputation and confidence from our customers
and suppliers. In this modern society and hi-tech world,
the company is presently undergoing new changes by
training and producing young, dynamic, aggressive and
responsible staff for the various sectors such as
marketing, technical and engineering so as to cope with
the ever changing trend. The executive directors of the
Company and the staff are full of initiative and foresee
good opportunities on the future for the Company’s
growth and expansion.
PT Power has been in the market for the last 10 years and
many upgrades ware carried out for improvement since it
first commenced. Our product comprises of remanufactured
and brand new generators ranging from 1 KVA to 1,500 KVA.
More products will be added in the near future. With the
survey and research being carried out daily, we strongly
believe that our products will be excellent, competitive
and of an affordable range.
